All guaranteed on-time pickups include complimentary water, toll fees, airport fees, taxes and administrative fees.

If pickup is missed due to a late flight or flight cancellation, no charge will be applied.

Due to Massport expenses an additional fee of $20 will be added to all pickups at Logan Airport.

No shows or cancellations within two hours of scheduled pickup will result in a charge for one hour.

Transportation exceeding 40 miles outside the greater Boston area may be subject to additional charges.

Chauffeur gratuity is not included in the flat rate.
